High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which alternates between moderate and intense bursts of cardio will give you the killer body you want!

On a machine of your choice:

  • Bike
  • Treadmill
  • Elliptical
  • Row

Start with 3 minutes at moderate pace, then increase resistance and speed for 1 minute.

Repeat for 20 minutes, 2-3 times a week

Results?

  • Increases your fat-burning ability by 36%
  • keeps metabolism elevated long after you are done

I  love this style of training because it is affective and quick!   If you are trying to loose bodyfat, this is the way to go .  Incorporate this along with weight training and or Yoga and stretching and experience all around fitness.
